Bow Products XT Feed Supports are great except for one thing. If you have a job-site tablesaw then when the fence is extended you are left with no support for your wood. Your only option is to remove the Bow XT Xtender Fence so you can use the saws built in solution.

With this upgrade to your Bow XT Xtender Fence System you can use as standard 19mm mitre track and insert it in to the slots to offer up the support you need. You can also use the thin rip blocks and create a thin rip or low fence upgrade (all shown in the video). You no longer need to remove your Bow XT Xtender fence off your table saw.

The screw hole will take up to 5.5mm (size 12 imperial) screws. The bottom of the support doesn’t have a cut out for the a piece of wood to support the fence, the screw should be ample.

Note: This only works with the Bow XT Xtender Fence System, there is a set for the DIY fence system.

Included STL files: in-feed, and out-feed STL files both at the standard size (15.8cm wide / 6.25”), and a mini size (10.8cm / 4.25” wide) meaning you can use the 36” fence on smaller saws and still get to use the supports. You also get the thin rip block for making your low fence attachment.

Mounting
The should mount to your Bow Xtender fence using the existing hardware, alternatively you can use t-bolts and star knobs of an M6 (¼”) size.

Printing STL files

  • Print up on large flat side

  • Use 3 or 4 wall permitters and 25% gyroid infill, for strength

  • No supports are required when printing

  • Choose the right STL for the size Bow Xtender fence you have.

Note: these do not have an inset space underneath for a wooden support, the screw hole is there though if you wish to use this feature.
